seriously though this is kind of not okay. the 50th anniversary of a show that is still running is a big deal. this only happens once and for another event to take it over is kind of silly. there are 365 days in a year. why did you pick the one that you know will be celebrated by millions of people all over the world. please…. give us back our day.

Normally I don’t like this kinda stuff, I’m more of a let “let em do what they want, it’s no harm” kinda person but I feel like this is something really important for Whovians. Doctor Who is a lot older than 1D and therefore it deserves a 50th anniversary on that day to themselves without a boyband “taking over” so to speak. I think we deserve this one.
